SAP S4HANA Testing Lead Test Manager RTR OTC STP

We are seeking experienced SAP S/4

HANA Testing professionals to support a major implementation project. This is a critical testing phase focused on Mock Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across core business processes.

We are looking to fill multiple key roles and are open to strong candidates who can lead one or more of the following areas:

• RTR (Record to Report) Test Lead
• OTC (Order to Cash) Test Lead
• STP (Source to Pay / Procure to Pay) Test Lead
• Test Manager
• Environment / Data Lead

Supporting resources with Basis/Integration expertise are also needed.

• Lead end-to-end testing activities (Mock, SIT, and UAT) for assigned SAP S/4
  
  HANA modules.
• Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business processes.
• Coordinate with functional teams, business users, and stakeholders to ensure successful test execution and defect resolution.
• Manage test environments, data setup, and integration points (especially for Environment/Data Lead role).
• Identify, log, track, and drive resolution of defects using tools such as Jira, Sol Man, or HP ALM.
• Provide daily/weekly testing status reports and risk assessments to project leadership.
• Support cutover and go‑live readiness from a testing perspective.
• Mentor junior testers and collaborate with Basis/Integration teams for environment stability.

• 8+ years of SAP testing experience, with at least 3–5 years specifically in S/4
  
  HANA.
• Strong functional knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
• RTR (Financial Accounting, Controlling, Closing, Reporting)
• OTC (Order Management, Billing, Credit Management)
• STP / PTP (Procurement, Accounts Payable, Inventory)
• Proven experience leading Mock, SIT, and UAT cycles in large‑scale SAP implementations or upgrades.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Solution Manager (Sol Man), test management tools, and defect tracking systems.
• For Test Manager role:
  Prior experience managing testing teams and overall test strategy.
• For Environment/Data Lead:
  Strong background in test data management, environment configuration, and integration support.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is a strong plus (Navistar context).

• Experience with test automation (Worksoft, Tricentis Tosca, SAP TAO, etc.).
• Basis/Integration technical knowledge.
• SC‑level or managerial experience for senior lead roles.
