Direct Mail Marketing Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Direct Mail Marketing Sr. Consultant to lead end-to-end campaign development and optimization. This role requires a data-driven marketer with deep expertise in direct mail and multichannel campaigns, strong financial and project management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop and execute direct mail and integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through analysis

+ Build annual marketing plans aligned to revenue, growth, and customer lifecycle objectives

+ Lead campaign planning, segmentation, targeting, personalization, and testing strategies

+ Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including creative development, data delivery, and production timelines

+ Analyze campaign performance and customer data to drive actionable insights and improve ROI

+ Oversee marketing budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and financial reporting (Workfront, Ariba)

+ Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Legal, Product, Operations, and external vendors)

+ Manage vendor relationships, agency performance, and campaign execution workflows

+ Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and effective product positioning across all materials

Core Qualifications

+ 5+ years of experience in direct mail and multichannel marketing

+ Strong expertise in campaign execution, segmentation, and personalization strategies

+ Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and multiple concurrent initiatives

+ Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and actions

+ Experience managing budgets, ROI tracking, and financial processes

+ Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workfront, and Ariba

Preferred Qualifications

+ Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

+ Experience in financial services or other regulated industries

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $47.00/hr.
