We are currently looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to support our internal Tech Team and help streamline project execution, task coordination, and team collaboration.
Role OverviewThe Technical Delivery & Scrum Coordinator will work closely with the Tech Team to manage Agile processes, coordinate technical tasks, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate should have experience working with technical teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Role & Responsibilities1. Drive Delivery & Execution
- Actively track all tasks and ensure work progresses as committed
- Monitor progress, workloads, and delivery timelines
- Identify risks early and take ownership of resolution
- Hold team members accountable for commitments made in standups
- Follow up on all action items until closure and missed responsibilities
- Ensure there are no silent delays or unreported blockers
- Run daily standups
- Ensure meetings result in clear actions, ownership, and outcomes
- Review completed work at a high level before marking it done
- Ensure deliverables are complete, aligned with requirements, and fit for purpose
- Flag gaps, inconsistencies, and rework needs early
- Proactively identify and remove blockers impacting delivery
- Coordinate across teams to resolve dependencies quickly
- Escalate issues with clarity and urgency where required
- Deliver structured updates on:
- Progress
- Risks and delays
- Team performance
- Ensure leadership has complete visibility at all times
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking in ticketing systems
- Maintain delivery documentation and status records
- Enforce discipline in task updates and documentation
- Support collaboration between technical teams and management.
- 2-3 years of experience as an IT service delivery, technical coordination, MSP operations, or support team leadership, Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with technical or IT support teams

- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in an MSP or IT services environment is an advantage
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure or support operations preferred
