Position: Digital Product Manager (Multiple Levels Available)

The Architecture, Compute, and Engineering organization provides a transformative platform ecosystem with a comprehensive set of capabilities that empowers end users and digital product teams to innovate seamlessly and drive growth for Allstate through the Consumer Connected Cloud mission. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for digital product(s).
  • Conduct market and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products.
  • Create and continuously maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work with the Digital Product team to write and groom stories, prioritize, and manage the backlog.
  • Define product performance metrics and monitor product performance using analytics tools to make data‑driven decisions.
  • Communicate product progress and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Manage product budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve the product.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tooling.
  • Understanding of development processes, human‑centered design, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and creativity in finding solutions.
  • Preferred experience in networking, identity management solutions, infrastructure as code, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions.
  • Product experience in End User, Network, Compute, or Platform as a Service preferred.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications Senior Associate II
  • Operates as a product manager with minimal guidance; can act as a practitioner in low complexity products.
  • Conducts appropriate product ceremonies.
  • Influences product direction, backlog, and roadmap.
  • 3+ years of product management experience.
Lead
  • Operates and drives the product strategy and roadmap independently.
  • Demonstrates refined and more advanced product management skills.
  • Influences across product management peers within the product family, as well as across the product managing engineer and platform consultant.
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
Expert
  • Will lead a product of significant scope and complexity.
  • Influences across product management peers across the ACE organization, as well as influencing the engineering and architecture trades.
  • Drives optimization of product ceremonies for maximum efficiency of the product team.
  • Operates as a coach within our organization partnering and mentoring early‑in‑trade product management peers across the ACE and broader technology organization.
  • 7+ years of product management experience.
Compensation

Salary range: $ – $ annually, based on experience and qualifications.
