OpportunityYou’ll lead Service Now Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It’s a client‑visible role where you’ll motivate and develop your team, establish and maintain new client relationships, and grow your consulting and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
- Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, gathering and analyzing requirements to ensure new implementations meet stakeholder needs.
- Lead Service Now HRSD projects, covering design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
- Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
- Provide guidance on Service Now HRSD process implementations and AI‑enabled capabilities such as Now Assist, Employee Works, and Employee Slate.
- Shape AI‑enabled HRSD use cases leveraging conversational AI and personalized experiences.
- Advise clients on responsible AI adoption, governance, data readiness, security, and adoption strategy.
- Lead process and design sessions, facilitate requirements workshops, and deliver high‑quality project artifacts.
- Support management activities including planning, status reporting, budgeting, and risk logging in waterfall and agile models.
- Experience with Service Now HRSD and AI‑enabled HRSD capabilities.
- Knowledge of responsible AI adoption in HRSD (governance, data, security, human‑in‑the‑loop controls).
- Ability to analyze people, process, and technology capabilities and provide leading‑practice recommendations.
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and design sessions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, and relationship building.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2‑4 years of relevant Service Now HRSD project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum of one of the following Service Now certifications:
Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery; or 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience. - Excellent soft skills: communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
- Experience leading and supervising teams.
- Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Performance analytics and reporting experience (certifications are a plus).
- Employee Center and Workplace Service Delivery experience (certifications are a plus).
- Experience with Service Now AI solutions such as Now Assist, Agentic, and AI Control Tower.

What We Offer You- A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $102,500 to $187,900 in U.S. locations, and higher ranges for selected metros.
