Position

Physical Security Tech Specialist / Corporate Security (GPSS)

• Provide security system support related to upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with management and local business units to establish and improve security needs of offices.
• Liaise with third‑party vendors and internal IT groups in support of security systems, equipment, and applications.
• Process requests from the identity management system regarding system access.
• Prepare and maintain training materials for security equipment and applications for end users.
• Assist with security investigations—including retention of data and evidence, and authorized distribution to internal and external entities.
• Provide reports and other documentation for review in internal and external audits.
• Document and track all observed and reported issues with security systems and components.
• Investigate new security technologies and advise management for potential implementation.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of all security equipment and supplies.
• Review procedures and practices to demonstrate compliance with applicable federal and state regulatory requirements and adherence to internal policies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Basic knowledge of risk management and physical security typically acquired through related experience.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting skills; security system knowledge (CCTV, alarms, access control) preferred.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and troubleshoot malfunctions of security equipment and applications.
• Ability to monitor and generate reports related to subject matter.
• Can work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to excel within a large organizational setting, working with various internal and external teams and performing remote work as necessary.
• Established skills to perform routine day‑to‑day activities.
• A college or university degree and/or relevant work experience.

Role requires the individual to be onsite 5 days a week between 7:30a.m. and 4p.m.

$61,500 - $98,300 USD per year.
