Marketing Product Data Steward

Exciting growth opportunity for a sharp Data Steward to join an industry leader.

The Marketing Product Data Steward will be responsible for managing and maintaining product data across various systems and platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, organize, and maintain marketing product data, including categorization, specifications, and descriptions.
• Accurately enter product data into databases, content management systems (CMS), and other relevant platforms.
• Implement and maintain data quality standards to ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information.
• Work closely with vendors, merchants, marketing teams, and other departments to gather and verify product data.
• Generate and distribute regular reports on product data status, discrepancies, and updates.
• Assist in the maintenance and improvement of data management systems and processes.
• Provide support for product data-related inquiries and issues from internal teams and external partners.

This is a direct hire role offering growth within a collaborative environment. You will be onsite at the Smyrna office three days a week with the option to work from home two days a week. Enjoy a hybrid schedule, full benefits and a PTO plan at a dynamic company.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 1-3+ years experience in data coordination, data management, or a related role
• Familiarity with content management, MDM or PIM (Product Information Management) systems (ex: Enter Works, Pim Core, Stibo Step, etc)
• Experience with taxonomy (product taxonomy or category taxonomy)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in data management tools and software (ex., Excel, ERP systems)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field.
