QA Automation Engineer

We are actively seeking a QA Automation Engineer.

Responsibilities will be to review and analyze system specifications. Collaborate with offshore QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans. Execute test cases and analyze results. Evaluate product code according to specifications. Create logs to document testing phases and defects.

You will work with our product, design and engineering teams to plan, design, and develop web and mobile applications for Enterprise Systems Technology Team  offer an opportunity to work in a collaborative and inclusive environment with people who value their work and who welcome fresh ideas.

• Effectively manage a test team (Usually 5 or more)
• Understand the testing process.
• Implement and define scope of testing process and projects.
• Deploy and manage test frameworks. Implement and record QA metrics.
• Manage and select QA Tools and processes

• Bachelor's degree in IT or computer science, with 4-6 years related experience.
• Expertise in programming languages such as VBScript, Python
• Experience with Tools like Test Complete, UFT, Selenium.
• Experience with platforms like JIRA, ALM, QC.
• Experience with continuous integration (Dev Ops) and automation frameworks.
• Background in test-driven development or Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• One year of management experience and three years Quality Assurance Experience
• Three years contract experience.
