Salary
: $65,000 - $80,000 base salary range + annual bonus potential; 100% remote in the United States with state restrictions (Alaska, California, and Hawaii are not supported for remote work).
HRIS Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This includes monitoring the operation of the HRIS, the daily maintenance of the HRIS including its data exchange to other data sources, ensuring the data integrity of employee data within the system, developing reports as well as creating tools to allow ease of use for end users.
Responsibilities- Supports the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including system configuration, data integrity, and troubleshooting.
- Serves as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries via shared services email and provides timely resolution or escalate issues as necessary
- Participates in HRIS business requirements analysis, system testing and change management of system implementations, upgrades, patches and enhancements
- Creates and maintains various reports and analytics to assist with stakeholder needs
- Partners with others to build and enhance HR and people analytics tools to enable impactful insights
- Develops and updates documentation of system use for practitioners and end-users
- Handles security changes, new user setups, password resets
- Resolves HRIS system issues, acts as subject matter expert for HRIS, Self Service and other HR systems (i.e. ATS, engagement surveys, etc.)
- Conducts regular audits and data checks to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors within the HRIS
- Participates in efforts to improve data integrity and standardization of processes
- Participates and tests the setup of new system functionality and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs
- Participates in the configuration of ADP Manager and Employee Self Service workflows and communications to employees and company messaging
- Assists with the maintenance of electronic employee personnel files according to regulatory and company guidelines as needed
- Assists with the administration of unemployment inquiries and hearings as needed
- High School degree required. College coursework is preferred
- 2-4 years of experience with an HRIS system in a back-up administrator role or super user
- 1-2 years of report writing experience using report writing applications
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and some knowledge of Power Point

- Ability to work 45–55 hours/week as needed
- Remote work is supported with occasional in-person collaboration or travel as required
