Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI data models that support complex business requirements, ensuring high data quality, performance, and usability across analytics and reporting solutions.
- Build and optimize cloud-based data warehouse solutions (e.g., Big Query, Amazon Redshift), managing large datasets and tuning queries to deliver efficient, reliable data access.
- Develop impactful Tableau dashboards and reports, translating business needs into actionable insights while supporting automation and integration efforts, including use of Tableau APIs where applicable.
- Own end-to-end data workflows, including data extraction, transformation, and automation, while troubleshooting reporting and data issues holistically across databases, BI tools, and downstream applications.
- Operate independently in an Agile environment, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to prioritize work, communicate insights, and continuously improve data delivery through strategic and innovative solutions.
This is a 6 month contract opportunity with a leading global organization based in either Atlanta, GA or St. Louis, MO. Candidates will work a hybrid schedule, Tuesday-Thursday in the office and Monday & Friday work from home. There is a potential to extend at the end of the contract!

Required Skills- 3-5 years of experience in analyzing, designing, and developing robust data models to support complex business requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Big Query and/or Amazon Redshift. You should be comfortable managing large datasets and optimizing queries for performance
- Proficiency in Tableau for creating impactful dashboards and reports that drive business decisions.
- Ability to approach and troubleshoot reporting holistically across the entire stack—from the database and BI Tool through to downstream applications.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying systems to automate data processing and custom projects.
- Experience developing procedures to extract data from various source systems, ensuring data integrity throughout the ETL/ELT process.
- Ability to operate independently with limited guidance, managing work plans for assignments of moderate complexity.
