Position SummaryWe are seeking an AWS Cloud Engineer to support cloud modernization initiatives, application development, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong AWS expertise, Dev Ops experience, and a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions.
Required Qualifications3+ years of hands‑on AWS experience including:
- EC2
- S3
- AWS Lambda
- IAM
3+ years of experience with Git Hub and CI/CD pipelines.
3+ years of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or AWS Cloud Formation).
3+ years of experience developing applications using Python, Node.js, or C#.
3+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
3+ years of experience with SQL and/or No
SQL databases:
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL
- MongoDB
- DynamoDB
3+ years of experience with:
- Encryption standards
- AWS Secrets Manage
- Hashi Corp Vault
- HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC2 compliance frameworks.
- AWS Well-Architected Framework experience.
- AWS cloud migration and modernization experience.
- AWS cost optimization expertise.
- Experience with:
- AWS Config
- Security Hub
- Cloud Watch
- Cloud Trail
- Splunk
- Bash or Power Shell scripting.
- AI/ML services such as Sage Maker.
- Multi-cloud experience.
- Design and develop cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform and Cloud Formation.
- Develop REST APIs and cloud-based applications.
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Design and maintain SQL/No
SQL databases. - Implement cloud security controls and compliance standards.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure.
- Participate in cloud modernization initiatives.
- Create technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and technical teams.
