About The TeamThe Success Plans Delivery Team focuses on customer post‑go‑live success, delivering programs from feature assessments to full feature deployments to support evolving business needs.
AboutThe Role
We seek customer‑facing consultants who help customers overcome HR technology challenges and drive satisfaction by providing configuration guidance, troubleshooting, and consultative support.
- Provide excellent customer service consistently
- Engage customers to understand business requirements
- Share industry best practices and adapt to challenging situations
- Develop and articulate system configuration solutions
- Support multiple customers concurrently on short duration projects
- Help customers become more self‑sufficient and optimize Workday applications
- Collaborate with other consultants on Ask‑an‑Expert requests:
- Research and understand customer questions
- Deliver small‑scope consulting and configuration guidance
- Troubleshoot product configuration
- Communicate solutions and value to customers
- Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver services such as:
- Feature Adoption Workshops
- Functional and Health Check Reviews
- Provide additional services:
- Collaboration Crews
- Accelerator Webinars
- Feature Accelerator sessions
- Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews
We are looking for individuals who enjoy helping customers and who can achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications – Functional Consultant – Talent & Performance, Learning- 3+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects
- 3+ years of experience with Talent & Performance and/or Learning product areas
- 1+ year of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience required
- Strong critical thinking skills for complex technical processes
- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
- Experience with global implementations preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project delivery and results orientation
- Leadership and influencing design meetings
- Experience influencing senior leaders
- Certifications or ability to obtain Workday HCM certifications
- Solid grasp of HR systems and processes, and the ability to learn new Workday features
Base salary ranges vary by location. For primary location (Atlanta, GA) base salary is $99,400 – $149,200 USD. Additional US locations range $94,600 – $167,900 USD. Compensation may also include bonus, commission, and stock grants.
Our Approach to Flexible WorkWorkday requires employees to spend at least 50% of their time in the office or in the field each quarter. Remote “home office” roles can join us in person for important events.
