Overview
The Programmatic Analyst is an entry-level role focused on supporting the execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. You will assist in campaign setup, QA, reporting, and billing reconciliation while gaining exposure to advanced programmatic strategies and technologies. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in digital media and programmatic advertising.
Responsibilities- Execute and manage programmatic campaigns across display, video, mobile, and social platforms under guidance from senior team members.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to best practices throughout the campaign lifecycle, including trafficking and QA.
- Maintain organized campaign documentation and shared repositories.
- Handle daily campaign maintenance, troubleshooting, and pacing adjustments.
- Assist in preparing client-facing performance reports and ensure data quality.
- Support inventory assessments and contribute to proposals for new client opportunities.
- Manage delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, and campaign artifacts for timely launches.
- Traffic campaign tags into DSPs and other ad technology environments.
- Build and manage campaigns in billing systems.
- Provide monthly auditing reports and assist with billing reconciliation.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to learn optimization strategies and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to resolve campaign issues.
- 6+ months of experience running hands‑to‑keys programmatic or paid social media campaigns preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with DSP platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP) and familiarity with DMPs/CDPs.
- Strong understanding of programmatic metrics.
- Strong troubleshooting, QA discipline, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
- Resourceful, curious, and motivated with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Compensation RangeUSD $50,065.00 - USD $66,360.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
