Oracle Net Suite's Advanced Customer Support / Managed Services team is seeking an experienced consulting professional to serve as a trusted advisor to Hospitality customers, including Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants & Food Service organizations, Sports Teams & Entertainment organizations, Casinos & Gaming, Clubs & Membership organizations, Event & Venue Management companies, Travel & Tourism businesses, and other guest-centric service organizations.

In this role, you will partner with customer stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify opportunities to optimize operations, and deliver high-quality Net Suite solutions that improve financial performance, operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and guest satisfaction. You will combine Hospitality industry expertise, business process consulting, AI-powered capabilities, and deep Net Suite knowledge to help customers continuously evolve their business while maximizing long-term value from their ERP investment.

As a senior member of the consulting organization, you will lead strategic advisory engagements, influence executive decision-making, architect business solutions, and guide customers through complex transformation initiatives. You will also collaborate across Oracle organizations to identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of Net Suite while adopting emerging AI capabilities responsibly and effectively.

Success in this role requires balancing executive-level strategic consulting with hands-on solution leadership to help Hospitality organizations accelerate growth, optimize operations, and continuously improve guest and business outcomes.

This direct-hire position can be home-office based in most major US and Canadian cities and requires minimal travel, as appropriate.

The Advanced Customer Support / Managed Services team of Oracle Net Suite Professional Services is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant with Hospitality industry expertise.

Oracle Net Suite's Advanced Customer Support organization provides ongoing functional and technical guidance that helps customers continuously optimize and expand their Net Suite investment. Through our Suite Review methodology and strategic advisory services, ACS partners with customers to identify opportunities, address business challenges, and maximize long-term value from their ERP platform. With a rapidly growing customer base and strong demand across North America, we are expanding our team of industry-focused consultants.

* + Lead identification, assessment, and prioritization of opportunities to maximize customer value from Net Suite through ACS's Suite Review methodology, delivering strategic recommendations and roadmaps to address business process, technology, and organizational gaps.

+ Serve as a trusted advisor to Hospitality customer leadership, providing strategic guidance, influencing key business and technology decisions, and driving adoption of leading practices.

+ Advise Hospitality customers on leading practices across financial operations, procurement, inventory management, food and beverage operations, multi-location operations, workforce management, revenue operations, event management, guest service processes, and operational reporting.

+ Architect solutions for complex business requirements, which may include configuration, automation, reporting, integration, data, and technical components, in partnership with Oracle Net Suite Technical Services teams.

+ Define and validate detailed functional requirements for Net Suite configurations, workflows, reports, integrations, customizations, and business process improvements.

+ Help customers evaluate and adopt AI-driven tools, methodologies, and Oracle AI capabilities to improve operational visibility, financial performance, purchasing efficiency, inventory optimization, workforce productivity, reporting, and decision-making.

+ Guide customers on responsible AI adoption, including use case selection, data quality, validation controls, security considerations, enablement, and change management.

+ Use AI tools internally to improve consulting efficiency, including discovery synthesis, requirements drafting, meeting summaries, issue analysis, research, and executive-ready documentation.
