WFS Functional Consultant Remote | Contract/Freelance
We are looking for an experienced WFS Functional Consultant to join an upcoming implementation project. This is a remote contract/freelance opportunity
, with the project expected to start within 12 weeks
.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Configure and support Workforce Software (WFS) solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders during implementation.
- Configure Scheduling, Forecasting, Timekeeping, and related modules.
- Conduct workshops, testing, and user training.
- Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Collaborate with technical and integration teams.
- Hands-on experience with Workforce Software (WFS).
- Strong expertise in Scheduling and Forecasting (preferred).
- Experience with Timekeeping and Workforce Management.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects.

- Develop and support WFS technical solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations between WFS and third-party applications.
- Develop interfaces, custom reports, and data extracts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Support implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Work closely with functional consultants and client stakeholders.
- Strong experience in Workforce Software (WFS) technical development.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, interfaces, and data migration.
- Knowledge of SQL, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration technologies.
- Experience in custom reporting and technical troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
