Position Overview
We’re seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. You’ll play a key role in analyzing usage data, optimizing user engagement, and identifying trends that shape how people interact with healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from user behavior, clinical interactions, and platform operations.
- Build dashboards and visual reports for internal teams and leadership.
- Identify key performance metrics to improve retention, satisfaction, and health outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing to implement data-driven strategies.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in analytics.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, or R, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for using data to improve people’s health experiences.
