Cognizant is seeking a Genesys Tech Lead to own the architecture, design, and delivery of Genesys Cloud CX solutions for clients. You will collaborate with managers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative contact center solutions.
In this remote role, you will lead end-to-end solution architecture, define target-state designs, and guide integration with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Service Now, while aligning with security and enterprise standards.
