Conduent is seeking a Remote Technical Customer Service Specialist to assist clients with relational databases, SSL, and server needs. Starting pay is $17.31 per hour, full time, with a 3pm–12am EST shift and paid training from day one.
You will be the first point of contact, answering questions about accounts and helping resolve issues with empathy and accuracy, while leveraging knowledge of databases, SSL, and servers to deliver exceptional support.
