Type: Direct Hire
Rate: $34-$36/hr
Responsibilities Desktop & End User Support- Provide Level I & II desktop support to corporate employees.
- Independently manage and prioritize Service Now tickets.
- Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Microsoft 365 applications, hardware, printers, Outlook, One Drive, Active Directory, and common desktop issues.
- Escalate issues to Level III/IV Infrastructure teams when appropriate.
- Configure laptops and equipment.
- Prepare desks and workstations.
- Coordinate home office equipment shipments.
- Provision user accounts and hardware.
- Support Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Troubleshoot conference room technology including cameras, microphones, displays, and meeting equipment.
- Provide white-glove support for executive meetings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to employees at all levels.
- Support C-Suite executives professionally and confidently.
- Serve as the face of the IT organization for corporate users.
