Maximus is recruiting for a fully remote Helpdesk Support position supporting CMS-related services. The role provides desktop, laptop, and peripheral support, with remote access and imaging tasks for workstations across remote and on-site locations.
Candidates should have at least one year in customer service, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to follow defined processes in a fast-paced environment. CMS vetting is required post-offer.
