AWS Cloud Engineer

We are seeking an AWS Cloud Engineer to support cloud modernization initiatives, application development, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong AWS expertise, Dev Ops experience, and a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on AWS experience including:

EC2
S3
AWS Lambda
IAM

3+ years of experience with Git Hub and CI/CD pipelines. 3+ years of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or AWS Cloud Formation). 3+ years of experience developing applications using Python, Node.js, or C#. 3+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration. 3+ years of experience with SQL and/or No

SQL databases:

MySQL
PostgreSQL
MongoDB
DynamoDB

3+ years of experience with:

Encryption standards
AWS Secrets Manage
Hashi Corp Vault
HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC2 compliance frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

AWS Well-Architected Framework experience.
AWS cloud migration and modernization experience.
AWS cost optimization expertise.
Experience with:

AWS Config
Security Hub
Cloud Watch
Cloud Trail
Splunk

Bash or Power Shell scripting.
AI/ML services such as Sage Maker.
Multi-cloud experience.

Responsibilities

Design and develop cloud-native applications on AWS.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub.
Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform and Cloud Formation.
Develop REST APIs and cloud-based applications.
Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker.
Design and maintain SQL/No

SQL databases.
Implement cloud security controls and compliance standards.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure.
Participate in cloud modernization initiatives.
Create technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and technical teams
