The Aspen Group (TAG) seeks a remote Workforce Analyst for Digital Design Operations to monitor queue performance and designer skilling. You will collaborate with the Workforce Manager to ensure service level targets are met across our digital design teams.
Minimum 2–3 years in Workforce Management or Analytics, experience with workforce tools, strong Excel, and excellent communication are required. Travel up to 25% domestically may be needed.
