Seeking a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to design, build, and scale cloud infrastructure and CI/CD capabilities supporting healthcare applications and services. hands-on expertise across Azure, AWS infrastructure automation with Terraform, YAML-based pipelines, and Dev Ops platforms such as Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Git Hub.

• Implementing and governing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, including modules, state management, and CI enforcement.
• Driving compliance alignment across Dev Ops processes to meet SOC 2, HIPAA, and using Check Marx, Sonar Qube internal security standards, focusing on access control, auditability, and PHI safeguards.
• Automating deployment, monitoring, and operational reliability across distributed cloud services, familiar with containerized workloads is a plus.
• Collaborating with security, compliance, and audit teams to support continuous monitoring, evidence gathering, and security assessments.
• Delivering infrastructure and application deployments during weekend release windows as required; participate in an on-call rotation.
• Enforcing and contributing to engineering standards, best practices, and technical design reviews.
• Troubleshooting and remediate complex production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes.
• Includes weekend work for planned releases and on-call rotations

• 3+ years of Dev Ops or Cloud Engineering experience, with at least 3 years hands on experience in both Azure and AWS.
• Demonstrate expertise with YAML-based pipelines (multi-stage, reusable templates, variable groups, environments).
• Proficiency with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Git Hub/Git Hub Actions for CI/CD, repository management, and pipelines governance.
• Proficiency abilities using Power Shell, Bash, or Python.
• Demonstrate expertise with Azure Cosmo DB, Kubernetes platforms (AKS, EKS), or Git Ops tools (Argo CD, Flux).
• Maintain experience with observability tools such as Azure Application Insight, New Relic, Azure Monitor, Cloud Watch
• Have completed a program of study typically requiring four years of post-secondary education or higher educational attainment in Computer Science or technical related field.
• Have certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-400
