DYOPATH is seeking a Service Desk Level 1 Analyst to be the first point of contact for users needing technical assistance. You will log incidents, provide basic desktop and software support, and escalate complex issues as needed.
This remote position offers a 3rd shift (11:30 p.m.–7:30 a.m. CST) with a $20.00/hour base pay plus a $0.40 overnight differential, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.
