The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a Workforce Analyst for Digital Design Operations, primarily remote based in the United States. You will monitor daily queue performance, skill Designers, and handle intraday scheduling with escalations while collaborating with the Workforce Manager to meet service levels.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in Workforce Management or Analytics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to travel up to 25% domestically. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
