- Own the integration and partner pipeline from initial research and outreach through technical evaluation, onboarding, validation, launch and ongoing coordination
- Review API, webhook and integration documentation to assess feasibility, dependencies, authentication requirements and implementation scope
- Use tools such as Postman, curl, Git and lightweight scripts to test APIs, validate payloads and troubleshoot integration behavior
- Read and understand code and technical implementation details well enough to investigate issues and determine when deeper Engineering support is required
- Serve as a primary point of contact for technology partners, managing correspondence, technical follow-ups, onboarding steps and launch coordination
- Prepare and submit applications to partner, certification and technology alliance programs, tracking progress and following up through completion
- Translate partner and stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements, use cases, workflows and structured summaries for Product and Engineering
- Coordinate with Engineering on integration requirements, technical blockers, implementation tradeoffs and release readiness
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective, active and launched integrations, including status, next steps, technical requirements, risks and key contacts
- Partner with Marketing and Documentation teams to ensure integrations are accurately described, positioned, published and supported
- Track integration health, partner dependencies and ongoing maintenance needs after launch
- Define and report metrics including partners sourced, applications submitted, integrations validated, integrations launched and overall pipeline progress
- Present partner and integration status, risks, priorities and outcomes to leadership
- Use AI-enabled tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms to improve technical research, partner analysis, communication drafting, documentation and workflow efficiency
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development, integrations engineering, solutions engineering, technical partnerships or a related technical role
- Prior experience in a software development, integrations engineering or similarly hands-on technical position
- Ability to read, understand and write code or scripts in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go or similar
- Strong hands-on experience working with APIs and webhooks, including reading documentation, making test calls and validating payloads or events
- Experience using tools such as Postman, curl, Git or similar…
