Manager, Salesforce Architecture

This role will be leading a team of Salesforce Architects, in a global enterprise environment, that recently implemented Salesforce. In your role, you will interface with other areas of IT, to shape an enterprise architecture strategy that balances Salesforce and other IT perspectives. Candidates for this role must have strong SFDC Architecture experience across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Connectors, Salesforce Platform and Lightning Apps.

Candidates must also have experience leading or managing Salesforce teams, including other architects.

What you'll be doing:

• Partake in the development of  application architecture, including the Target State Application Architecture that addresses the Statement of Architecture Work and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensuring that  architecture is aligned with the organization's overall solution goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain reference architecture, architecture building blocks (ABB), standards, and guidelines to ensure that the organization's technology is secure and compliant with industry standards.
• Identify areas for capability improvement and implementing strategies and roadmaps to address them.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and participate in prioritization initiatives.
• Stay up to date with emerging technology trends and developments and evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
• Communicate technology target state, roadmaps, and development progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Skills we're seeking:

• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce and/or Software Architecture
• Must be Salesforce certified, ideally Architecture certification(s) (more certs and higher levels the better)
• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce Architecture
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing Salesforce teams, including other architects
• Experience across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Connectors, Salesforce Platform and Lightning Apps
• Must have at least some experience with Global Salesforce Architecture

Nice to haves:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an IT related field
• Experience working in a Microsoft environment, ideally Azure and M365
• Experience with Mule Soft
• Experience with Service Now
• Experience with Introhive
• TOGAF Certification
