Platform 6 Ltd seeks an experienced Service Now Senior Engagement Manager to lead CSM and Epic/EHR integration projects on a remote contract basis in the USA and Canada. This role requires 30+ hours per week, with CST as the customer time reference.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management and 5+ years in Service Now project management, with CSM and Epic/EHR integration experience and CSA certification preferred but not essential. Ability to drive projects independently is required.
