We are in the midst of historic breakthroughs in connectivity and mobility to blend the physical and the digital through ground breaking technologies such as virtual reality, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, nanotechnologies, 3D printing, wearables, and advanced robotics. As part of this team, you will play a meaningful role in our network transformation through building a unified network across all lines of business and maintaining the technology that keeps millions of our customers connected.
- You will build and maintain executive level presentations.
- Providing communication and support to the region for critical topics.
- Maintaining relationships with key partners, Network leadership and executive team members.
- Coordinating executive site visits/town hall meetings.
- Serving as a liaison to SVP & Corporate Communications staff.
- Driving transformation through the development and implementation of a strategic culture program to ensure a high degree of employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitoring and analyzing survey results and leading the development and governance of related action plans.
- Crafting and executing a comprehensive communications plan that ensures company strategies and goals are understood at all levels.
- Developing and running an employee executive recognition program.
In this role, you'll have a defined work location and assigned office days three days a week

You're great at being detail oriented and thrive under the challenge of a deadline, but are also willing to be flexible when the situation is right. You are able to negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization and influence decisions that yield the best results for our company.
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Five or more years of relevant experience in retail or business sales
- Experience applying AI solutions to streamline operational workflows
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% of the time.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A degree.
- Ten or more years of technology experience or Global Network Operations experience.
- Experience with design and delivery of executive-level communications and successful project management.
- Knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to drive business-critical initiatives to completion.
- Ability to effectively influence beyond position and scope.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Experience in Global Provisioning and service assurance, and Field Operations and Network Engineering.
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
