Project Manager - Laboratory Solutions
Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Project Manager to support complex laboratory implementations with our customers.
Responsibilities- Provide project management for Atellica Solutions implementations for non-automation and automation sites.
- Support highly complex customer projects from pre‑sale through go‑live, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead all Siemens and customer activities on IDN and multi‑site implementation projects.
- Coordinate conference calls and/or face‑to‑face meetings with all project stakeholders.
- Drive all communication on projects, keeping all parties informed and ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Deliver formal presentations to large groups of Siemens personnel or customers.
- BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of regulatory agency requirements specific to the clinical laboratory environment is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing external customer projects of various scale and complexity.
- Strong complex problem‑solving skills and ability to translate technical issues into non‑technical terms.
- Professional attitude, comfortable working in a large corporate setting with diverse people, maintaining poise and respect in stressful situations.
- Previous experience with laboratory automation and informatics products preferred.
- History of managing projects within the healthcare and laboratory diagnostic arenas preferred.
- Candidate located within the Central Zone of the USA is strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Pay RangeMin $89,220 - Max $133,820. Factors such as geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications may affect starting pay.
