Job Title: Corporate Technology Specialist
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
Location: Buckhead (near Marta station) – Hybrid (remote work flexibility with on-site presence)
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Technology Specialist to support executive leadership and corporate office personnel with advanced technology solutions. This role involves managing Microsoft 365 applications, conference room and audiovisual systems, and providing exceptional support for high-visibility users. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with excellent communication skills, ensuring a seamless technology experience across the organization. This position offers growth opportunities within the IT team and the chance to work with modern collaboration tools in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Requirements- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required;
Bachelor’s preferred - 3+ years of experience in IT support, workplace technology, or executive support
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365 applications and Windows environments
- Experience supporting conference room, audiovisual, and collaboration technologies
- Microsoft 365 certifications preferred;
Teams Rooms, Teams Phone certifications a plus - Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra , SharePoint Online, and endpoint management solutions is advantageous
- Provide direct technical support for executive leadership and corporate staff
- Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for complex issues and requests
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Manage Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV systems, and collaboration platforms
- Deploy, configure, and support Windows laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and access management
- Support executive meetings, corporate events, and board meetings requiring technology setup
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and collaboration tools
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams and external partners to deliver high-quality support and contribute to workplace technology projects
