The Corporate Technology Specialist provides hands-on technology support to Well Street's corporate office, including dedicated support of the executive leadership team, and employees within the corporate office. This position also performs the physical handling, repair, staging, and inventory operations that support the organization's technology asset program.

This position is the on-site technical presence at the corporate office. It resolves issues that cannot be addressed remotely by the Service Desk, maintains conference room and meeting technology in a ready state, performs hardware diagnosis and repair, and executes the receiving, tagging, imaging, staging, and disposal activities that keep the asset record accurate. The role is highly visible, frequently interacts with senior leadership, and requires a service-oriented professional who exercises discretion and sound judgment.

This is a fully on-site position and cannot be performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Executive IT Support
Provide in-person technical support for corporate employees using laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and business applications.
  • Provide dedicated, high-touch technical support to executive leadership, including laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and home office equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, authentication, printing, and endpoint performance issues.
  • Support new-hire technology setup, workstation moves, equipment refreshes, and other corporate technology needs.
  • Ensure conference room and meeting technology is tested and ready for executive meetings, presentations, board meetings, and organizational events.
  • Provide on-site support during high-visibility meetings and events.
  • Handle executive devices, accounts, and information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactively identify recurring technology issues and work to prevent future disruptions.
Hardware Repair & Asset Management
  • Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, peripherals, and other technology equipment.
  • Perform serviceable hardware replacements such as drives, memory, batteries, displays, and power supplies.
  • Coordinate manufacturer warranties, repairs, replacements, and equipment returns.
  • Receive, verify, asset-tag, and track incoming technology equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and organized technology storage areas.
  • Manage spare and loaner equipment for corporate and field use.
  • Prepare retired equipment for secure disposition and coordinate vendor pickup.
  • Sanitize and redeploy serviceable equipment in accordance with established data-handling requirements.
Deployment & Service Management
  • Image, configure, stage, and enroll computers and other devices according to established standards.
  • Manage assigned IT incidents and service requests through the IT service management platform.
  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation, status updates, and time entries.
  • Follow established procedures for technical support, asset handling, and deployment.
  • Identify recurring issues, documentation gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
Working With the Service Desk

The Service Desk handles inbound support requests, clinic location support, and issues that can be resolved remotely. The Corporate Technology Specialist focuses on hands-on corporate office support, executive support, physical technology troubleshooting, hardware repair, and asset management .

Issues requiring server, network, identity, or clinical application administration will be escalated to Systems Engineering.

Required Qualifications

Professional IT experience is not required. We are open to candidates who have developed technical skills through education, certifications, internships, personal projects, or hands-on experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated interest and aptitude in technology and computer hardware.
  • Experience building, upgrading, troubleshooting, or repairing computers or other technology.
  • Experience providing in-person technical assistance is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Windows desktop and laptop hardware and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Ability to learn device imaging, configuration, and enrollment processes.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently while knowing when to ask for help or escape.
  • Reliable and consistent on-site attendance.
