Data Entry Specialist

Description

Responsibilities:

- Complete collections calls and volume of accounts

- Support Collections work

- Initiate collection calls regarding past due invoices

- Research and resolve all payment discrepancies

- Prepare weekly reports as required

- Assist in maintenance of files and accounts receivable documentation and other miscellaneous filings

- Facilitate credits to customers and write-offs to management as needed

- Advise on collection of overdue bills and take appropriate action to recover overdue payments

Requirements:

- At least 2-3 years of collections experience

- Knowledge of Excel, Quick Books, and Traverse

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to multitask

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
