Do you experience leveraging data to support business development and strategic decision-making? Do you have extensive experience with InTapp Deal Cloud and love managing system administration, data governance and reporting? Then our Marketing Technology & CRM Strategy Manager opportunity may be just the new position you've been looking for! This role is perfect for the experienced professional who is looking to build dashboards and use their InTapp Deal Cloud experience to connect the dots and own firm's CRM from end to end.

• Owns the CRM platform (Intapp Deal Cloud) end to end – strategy, administration, configuration, enhancements, data architecture, and ongoing optimization - ensuring it effectively supports business development and client engagement. Leads the marketing data strategy and collaborates with IT to ensure technology investments align with business development priorities.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets client, matter, and market data to identify trends, cross-selling opportunities, and growth prospects.
• Designs, maintains, and distributes dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide attorneys and firm leadership with actionable insights.
• Manages the vendor relationships as primary liaison for CRM, data enrichment, and marketing technology platforms, including evaluating new solutions, overseeing contacts, and ensuring alignment with firm needs.
