Overview
National brokerage currently seeking individuals who love the sales industry and are self starter.
ResponsibilitiesThis position involves contracting and building your own brokerage as a licensed agent. You will be expected to complete licensing process if not already licensed, including passing a course and state license exam, and pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting. This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneur who is willing and desiring to build their own brokerage.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent at minimum.
- Pass licensing course and state license exam.
- Pass criminal background check and fingerprinting.
- Ability to obtain licensing (process may take about three weeks if not already licensed).
- Willingness to operate in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama (residents only).
- Commission-based pay structure.
- Competitive pay scale and resources available.
- Not a work-from-home position.
