As a Senior Client Service Representative, your primary focus is providing exceptional client service. You will oversee insurance programs, manage transactions, update client information, and negotiate coverage terms. Collaborating closely with the account servicing team, you will address inquiries, maintain data integrity and interpret complex documents.

We look for candidates with the following skills:

• 2+ years experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance at an agency or related company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customers.
• Self‑starter, highly organized problem solver with strong time‑management to meet deadlines.
• Detail orientation and ability to handle a wide variety of tasks.
• Ability to interpret documents such as insurance policies, applications and proposals.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and learning Agency Management Systems.
• Ability to work on a fast‑paced, high‑energy team while maintaining a positive attitude.

Additional qualifications that are a plus, but not required:

• Property & Casualty license preferred, or ability to obtain upon hire.
• BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field.

Applicable base salary range: $40,230 to $74,865. Base pay will be determined based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. This position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives. Total rewards package includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings and other retirement programs and employee assistance programs.
