Our client is an A+ rated insurance carrier headquartered in Atlanta and is seeking a Chief Claim Specialist to join its Management Liability/D&O Claims team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex Public and Private D&O and Management Liability claims
• Perform investigation, litigation management, coverage analysis, and resolution strategy
• Liaise with defense and coverage counsel
• Provide updates to leadership on high-value exposures
• Participate in mediations and provide internal reporting and reserve recommendations

Qualifications:

• JD strongly preferred
• 7+ years of relevant D&O or complex commercial claims experience
• Attorney background in litigation and/or coverage preferred
• Excellent communication, technical, and analytical skills
• Must be able to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses
