- Play a vital role in quoting new and renewal business while ensuring seamless client service.
- Utilize top-tier software like Benefit Point to optimize efficiency and enhance the client experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Employee Benefits administration or a related field.
- Active Life & Health (L&H) Insurance license/designation required.
- Experience with Benefit Point or similar software is a big plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills—you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: $65K-$95K per year, DOE.
