As an Account Manager on our Select team, you will ensure the successful delivery of services to clients by creating and implementing customized service plans. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, negotiate coverage, and manage proposals and renewals. Additionally, you will maintain accurate client information and foster a collaborative service experience.

We look for candidates with:

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance at an agency or related company, preferably in an Account Manager position or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customers.
• A self‑starter, highly organized problem solver with good time‑management skills to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of minute details in a project or task.
• Ability to interpret complex documents such as insurance policies with multiple coverages, detailed applications, and proposals.
• Experience reviewing and presenting renewal proposals to clients (written, verbal, in‑person meetings, etc.).
• Computer proficiency with Excel, Word, and navigating agency management systems.
• Experience managing the full marketing process and negotiating contracts.
• Ability to work on a fast‑paced, high‑volume, high‑energy team while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire.
• BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field.
• CPCU, CLCS, ARM, CISR or other professional insurance designation related to Property & Casualty.
• Experience working with Applied Epic, agency management system.
• Availability to travel for client meetings, as needed.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,700 to $120,400. The base pay offered will be determined based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We also offer a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings, and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
