Reserv is an insurtech creating and incubating AI and automation technology to bring efficiency and simplicity to claims. Founded by insurtech veterans with deep experience in SaaS and digital claims, Reserv is backed by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures and began operations in May 2022. We automate highly manual tasks to tackle long-standing problems in claims and set a new standard for TPAs, insurance technology providers, and adjusters.
We are looking for people who can work in an evolving environment and are excited about building a leading TPA and tackling claims challenges.
We are building a dedicated claims pod for an account and are hiring two General Liability Adjusters to own it alongside a Team Lead. This is a single, focused account, so you won’t be spread across many programs. You will gain deep expertise in this book of business and become the trusted contact for the client.
You will speak with customers directly, educate them, and guide each claim to the best possible outcome. You will manage an inventory of claims, triage critical cases, and deliver for everyone involved. The general liability work here spans Premises, Habitational, Risk Transfer, Construction, and more, including complex injury exposure.
This is an opportunity to help build a tech-driven claims organization from within. If you wish claims work were smarter and less manual, this is where you can make that real.
