Mobilitas is seeking a Commercial Casualty Litigation Adjuster for remote work in the United States. You will be the owning adjuster as injury exposures are identified, handling claims through conclusion, including litigation, and coordinating with defense counsel throughout the process.
You will negotiate settlements with limited oversight, manage defense costs and indemnity, and handle related first-party medical payment or PIP claims when applicable.
