At Gallagher Re, you’ll help clients navigate complex risks from natural disasters to cyber threats by delivering sharp analytics, innovative risk transfer strategies, and operational expertise. Your insights will strengthen their financial resilience when it matters most.

What will your day look like?

Every day brings new challenges and opportunities. As a Reinsurance Broking Analyst, you’ll:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to market, negotiate, and place reinsurance solutions

Build persuasive pitch documents and presentations

Analyze data alongside actuarial, catastrophe modeling, and financial advisory teams

Support contract finalization and service reinsurance placements

Participate in seminars, work toward your Property & Casualty license and earn your ARe designation

Successfully obtain your Property & Casualty license within 90 days of your start date

How will we support you?

In the REACH Program, your development is our priority:

A two-year full-time role designed to build your expertise in reinsurance broking and risk management through a structured training and development program

Direct access to our Executive Team and a network of experienced mentors

Support to earn your ARe (Associate in Reinsurance) designation within 18 months

A flexible schedule that balances in-office collaboration with remote work

What are we looking for?

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn

Willingness to travel to our home office in Rolling Meadows, IL, five times for training (all expenses covered)

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or work experience in a related field

Interest in or knowledge of reinsurance broking and risk management
