• Design scalable and durable solutions in Salesforce to enable a smooth Quote-to-Order system.
• Work cross-functionally with other staff/principal engineers and managers to devise solutions to complex multi-system challenges.
• Advise on and help execute transformational systems projects.
• Actively participate in maintaining a culture of quality and consistency.
• Create observability in Quote-to-Cash systems.
• Ensure Quote-to-Cash system health.

• Experience with Snowflake/ SQL / DBT
• Development experience outside Salesforce (Ruby)
• Experience with Gearset or CI / CD

The base salary range for candidates within the Greater Chicago Area is $186,000-$222,525. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Intercom has a hybrid working policy. We believe that working in person helps us stay connected, collaborate easier and create a great culture while still providing flexibility to work from home. We expect employees to be in the office at least three days per week.
