Remote Litigation Attorney (Products Liability) – Midwest Dual bar with California required

Defend companies and policyholders such as auto and manufacturing companies, and work on warranty cases.
You should have recent experience in some of the following- Case management
- Drafting critical motions
- Developing written discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Participating in court proceedings
- Trial and appellate experience
- Products liability
- Toxic Torts / Asbestos
- Environmental, Healthcare litigation
- General Torts
- Recent toxic torts or products liability experience
- Must be licensed in California and one of these: IL, IN, KS, MO
