Litigation Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a top national firm in their busy Atlanta office. This person will support multiple attorneys in complex commercial litigation matters.

Schedule:

3 days in office, 2 days work from home

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + overtime + bonus

• Support cases through the full litigation lifecycle, from inception through trial and appeal.
• Manage federal and state court filings, including e-filing and tracking critical deadlines.
• Draft and prepare routine pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other court documents for attorney review.
• Oversee discovery processes, including document review, production, Bates labeling, and organization of large data sets.
• Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit management, trial binders, and in-court support.

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, particularly in complex commercial litigation
• Demonstrated experience handling eDiscovery and large-scale document management
• Thorough knowledge of federal and state court procedures and litigation practices
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and discretion
