We are working with a well-established, successful family law firm with a prescence throughout Illinois that is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join the team!

Location:

REMOTE (must be able to occasionally travel into Chicago for trial prep if needed)

Salary Range: $85k-$110k/year based on experience

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to support attorneys with a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and related proceedings.

• Assist attorneys with case preparation and day-to-day case management
• Prepare and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
• Manage and organize client files and case records
• Assist with discovery, document production, and trial preparation
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and opposing counsel

• 5+ years of experience as a family law paralegal
• Must live within a reasonable distance to Chicago as the paralegal will have to travel in to the office occasionally for trial prep
• Must have litigation experience
