Staff Attorney

Schlichter Bogard is seeking a Staff Attorney to join our nationally recognized team of trial attorneys. Staff Attorneys are critical members of our team and directly support our prosecution of complex, high-stakes cases on behalf of individual plaintiffs.

Staff Attorneys are primarily responsible for managing e-discovery from preservation through review. They may have responsibility for researching and preparing memoranda on potential cases and/or assisting with client outreach. Staff Attorneys actively participate in preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials, and are closely involved in all other areas of our practice.

Our trial attorneys are relentless advocates for our clients. We operate on a contingent-fee model, with an entrepreneurial culture that embraces new ideas. • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Missouri or Illinois or licensed to practice in another state or territory of the U.S. or in the District of Columbia and willing to become licensed in Missouri

• Electronic discovery experience (preferred)

• Seeking a Staff Attorney to work out of our headquarters in St. Louis, MO or our satellite office in Chicago, IL two days per week
• Three days of remote work per week
