We are seeking an Attorney (3+ years experience) to join our Naperville office and handle family law matters, with additional opportunities in civil litigation, probate, guardianship and/or criminal defense depending on your background.

This is an in-office position based in Naperville, with regular court appearances in DuPage, Cook, and surrounding counties.

• Handle a caseload focused on probate and guardianship matters
• Support or handle additional matters in family law, civil litigation, or criminal defense depending on your experience
  
  Attend court in DuPage, Cook, and surrounding counties
• Work closely with in-office staff and attorneys
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support

• 3+ years of experience in family law
• Experience in at least one additional area (family law, civil litigation, or criminal defense) is a plus
• Licensed in Illinois
• Comfortable working in an in-office team environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• $100,000 – $150,000 base salary, based on experience and production
• Compensation tied to your chosen billable target
