Family Law Attorney – Belleville, IL

Stange Law Firm, PC is recruiting a motivated, dynamic attorney to join our Belleville, Illinois team. The role focuses on managing family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, guardianship, estate planning, and related issues.

• Manage family law matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, judgments, orders, and legal correspondence
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third parties
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and trial
• Attend court appearances, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients
• Maintain organized and accurate case files
• Ensure all work product is completed accurately and timely

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) required
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois
• Strong communication and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases effectively and professionally
• Family law experience preferred, but not required
• Senior Associate opportunities available for attorneys with five or more years of litigation experience
