Estate Planning Attorney - Hybrid Remote / Chicago - $150k to $200k Base + Bonus

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Based in Chicago, we are a 30+ attorney full-service firm with a general practice spanning T&E, business law and litigation, commercial and corporate work, real estate, employment, tax, and more than a dozen additional specialty areas. Our trusts and estates group counsels clients on sophisticated asset protection and wealth transfer — building personalized, flexible estate plans in close coordination with clients' financial advisors — and handles the full administration side, from estate and gift tax returns to estate and trust accountings.

Because the platform is full-service, the T&E attorney isn't siloed: planning, business, and tax work feed each other and keep client relationships intact across generations.

You’ll counsel individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning and asset protection, with occasional involvement in trust and estate administration.

• Design and draft personalized, flexible estate plans — wills, trusts, and wealth-transfer structures — coordinating with clients' financial advisors
• Some trust and estate administration matters as needed

• Illinois Bar admission
• 3+ years estate planning experience
• Associate through of counsel welcomed
